Nurses Night Out is an organization that aims to support and uplift nurses in rural East Texas. NNO host wellness and community events for nurses to take a break from work and connect with their colleagues. Through workshops, initiatives, and support systems, we seek to give back to frontline workers and improve patient care and encouraging healthier balance and self care/mental health awareness of their caregivers. “NNO” operates under the Rural Nurse Wellness Foundation as a non-profit and relies on donations and community health volunteer warriors to aide in this mission.

We believe that by actively caring and supporting our hard working, sometimes isolated, sometimes overwhelmed, multi-hat wearing, compassionate nurses, they can lead a stronger and more resilient healthcare workforce that benefits everyone.
